The Stonegrill Restaurant

Eating the food at Stone Grill is quite an experience. I got the scotch fillet and they bring it to you on a hot stone and you cook it to your preference. It was delicious. The beef is locally grown, grass-fed from Vanuatu.
The host is lovely, the ambience is beautiful and the food was delicious. For the quality, very reasonably priced too.

Wonderful quality meat and delicious sauces and fantastic ambiance at night! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Today my husband and I went for lunch to the Stonegrill Restaurant for the first time, but definitely not the last time.
A very friendly welcome.
The view is great, lovely staff and the eye fillet with chips and a salad was delicious!

Friendly staff, nice with our kids. The kids meal was fresh, us adults took the stone grill of course, and the mixed bbq vegetables (which was my favourite)

I went to many restaurants during my stay in Vanuatu but I think the highlight of my dinner was this establishment. Food portions were fantastic and very well priced. The steaks were amazing. The best part of our experience was our host for the night. I didn’t catch her name but she gave us a very detailed explanation of how to enjoy Vanuatu. She was so lovely and I wish every server we met was like her. She told us her cousin sells drinks at Breaker’s cafe. Please, please commend her. This lady deserves a pay rise!

Great steaks, great environment and friendly staff. Such a novel way of cooking you food on the table and experience you could share with others.

Fast fun & family friendly, the magic of a simple meat meal is made all the more special with reggae tunes & staff with chilled Island vibes. A must if you visit Port Vila. Remember to book.

Was never a fan of hot stone places until we visited this amazing restaurant. The eye fillet was the best peice of steak I have ever eaten and the lasagne was brilliant too. Mushroom sauce with the steak omg!

Definitely the best food and dining experience on the island.

Ask to try their caramel vodka - it is made in-house and is super smooth to drink. A massive drinks list to choose from.

The meat on the hot rocks was extremely tender the sides were huge.

The free wifi is a bit slow but very handy for posting while you eat.

The atmosphere was great and the prices were very reasonable - about 50,000vat for our group of 10. Ask for Tina (in the picture below). She has worked there forever and really takes care of you.

Food was amazing, service was fantastic from friendly staff and speaking to the owner.
Quality of ingredients shines through the green beans and mushroom sauce both highlights.
Bit out of the way but well worth a visit.

We didnt enjoy it. The steak was tough and unseasoned and the sides were small. We had a blue cocktail that tasted like medicine. Quite expensive and unsatisfying.

Amazing eye fillet steak on a 400 degree C stone tablet.
The guy who served us was just lovely, all smiles and gave us a free round of shots (caramel whiskey).

Stunning view of the habour, with sissiling stone to slow cook your choice of surf and turf.
Friendly staff and good selection of beverages.
Recommend to go before sunset!
