Mariner Apartments

5 stars all day long
The owner and staff made this hotel a home for me. The view is great, room always clean and the friendly staff always up for a great chat.
If I’m back in Vanuatu I will be staying here for sure.
Close enough to everything but just far enough to still get a good sleep.

Clean. Tidy. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Great view. Air conditioning was turned on for our arrival which was super refreshing. Close to the shops bars and food outlets. Would recommend to anybody. Is right on the main road but that's no issue.

Had a great stay at Mariner apartments. Room was clean, spacious and well maintained, with a lovely view from the large deck out over the water.
The staff were incredible, and were always around to assist us with anything we needed. Elliot went absolutely above and beyond; we had left the hotel and were waiting at the domestic airport for our 6am flight, when Elliot walked in and found us, holding a bag full of bakery food and juice! He knew nothing would be open this early so took it upon himself to get us breakfast and bring it to us at the airport without us even asking, amazing!
Thanks so much, we’ll definitely be back.

Horrible night!
Around 9pm the security guard try to open our balcony door for watch or come inside our room! We still don't know his real intention. But when we open the door for check who was on our balcony, he runs away! Fiew minutes later we been looking for him and he was really confused. He told us that he was on our balcony but for "checking around" not for disturb us! But there was no access to our balcony for public, so only one person who work there could access to this area. He was lying to us. Imagine how much we were scared in one place we do not know in the middle of the night, in one property suppose to make you feel comfortable and safe!
The day after we left and the manager told us that they will refund us for this bad adventure but it's now 3 months that we waiting for this money!
We contact them many times by email and 2 times they told us that they will refund us, but they lie to us and we didn't receive anything yet!
This management is absolutely not skilled, they are liers and I really don't advice this place!

We had a really bad experience.
We booked our room for 2 nights but unfortunately we stayed only one.
During our stay at night time around 9: 30 pm the security guy was in front of our balcony door trying to open it. We found him because he made a noice and when I saw him he ran away. I stopped him and he said that he was just checking around but in reality he was trying to watch inside our room!
This was a really bad experience and we were really scared during all night.
THEY DIDN’T refunded us yet and they stopped to answer to our emails!

IMPORTANT: they promised us the refund only after removing the review.
WE DID IT BUT We didn’t received THIS MONEY, So I hope no one will go in this place!

AMAZING! My boyfriend and I left for the airport at 4: 30am before our host Elliot could say goodbye and he surprised us at the airport with meat pies and pastries and juice while we waited for our flight. I mean. What a legend. I just cannot get over it. It was the nicest thing to do. The room was so clean and freshly painted. The staff were all super friendly and it’s walking distance to the main part of town. The balcony overlooks the water which makes for a wonderful sunset at home. It’s got everything you need to make your own food if you’d like and the coffee there is amazing! They’ll bring it to your room. Stay there, it’s great. Esther - Australia.

So this is not luxury but more than sufficient. You get a lot of space for your money. A more than reasonable place to stay. There are better places to stay but not at the price you pay.

Highly recommend this place. It isn't the Ritz but the location views size and service are 5 star

Best holiday apartments in all of Vanuatu. Large, clean & fully functional apartments, which is why we always come back here. Located in walking distance too of restaurants and general stores.

Mariner apartments are situated 5 min walk from restaurant's, shops and center of Port Vila. Across the road from waterfront, with lovely views over the bay to Iririki island. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The apartments have every thing you need for a gr8 stay, ample parking and a nice pool.
Its gr8 value. Been here b4, and will be back.

People were nice room was ok. Hot water unreliable. Cooking facilities ok but byo saucepan. Housecleaning a bit hit and miss. Close to main road and shipping district, very convenient but lots if trafic noise
